• It prevents the product from yellowing and aging by balancing the oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration in the package at the appropriate level.

GENERAL CONSERVATION FEATURES

• With the Trendlife® solution development system focused on customer needs, Trendlife® series Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP) have been developed to solve the problems encountered in persimmon exports.
• The first effect of Trendlife® Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP) on persimmon physiology is realized by decreasing the respiration intensity by affecting the fruit metabolism during storage. Due to this effect, substrate consumption, carbon dioxide production, oxygen consumption and temperature emissions decrease.
• Trendlife® Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP) prevent fruit wrinkling and weight loss by providing 90-95% relative humidity when appropriate conditions are provided.
