  • The first effect of Trendlife® Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP) on mango physiology occurs by decreasing the respiratory intensity by affecting the fruit metabolism during storage. Due to this effect, substrate consumption, carbon dioxide production, oxygen consumption and temperature emissions decrease.
  • Trendlife® Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP) prevent fruit wrinkling and weight loss by providing 90-95% relative humidity when appropriate conditions are provided.
